80/20 Rule

13 Jun 80/20 Rule

Why is that less than 20% of the world’s population possesses over 80% of the total wealth in the world? Is it because they are smarter, luckier or work harder than the rest of us? Maybe, but it could be due to the 80/20 principle. Anyone heard of this principle before? Some of you may have or even practice it in your daily life. It’s the principle of achieving more with less. It could be a scenario where 20% of what you do leads to 80% of the results that you want. If this is the case then you want to work smarter rather than harder or more. A good example can be applied to your investments or trading. Did you know that sometimes 80% of your profits are generated from 20% of your investments or trades? Interesting eh?

Think you are on the ball there Mike, when I trade forex I never use my whole investment, rather use the margin which they supply. Why use your own when we can use there capital.
