If you’re relaxing on the beach this summer, you might want to read an old favorite book of mine called “Ugly Americans: The True Story of the Ivy League Cowboys Who Raided the Asian Markets for Millions by Ben Mezrich.” It’s about the hedge fund traders from America who took advantage of the inefficiencies of the Japan stock market in the 90′s and made millions. An exciting read for young, wannabe hotshot traders!
Has anyone read the book “The Talent Code” by Daniel Coyle? It is one of my favorite books of all time and I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to master any specific skill, perhaps trading. The book’s title is “Greatness isn’t born. It’s grown. Here’s how.” A truly inspiring and catchy title.
Has anyone read this book by Timothy Ferriss? I’ve read this book several times and I highly recommend that you go and buy this book. Tim shares his insights on how to live a fulfilling life, escape the 9 to 5 working life and what I thought was very helpful is work effectively to do more but work less. I can definitely relate to his concepts as a trader. In trading, as you may know, your success is not based on the amount of time that you spend on research, analysis or time in front of the computer, it’s about taking advantage of opportunities that appear. Trading allows you to be able to make money while you’re sleeping or in as little as minutes. Trade Smart = More Profits.
