In the past few weeks, we’ve seen global markets all around the world start to weaken due to numerous economic uncertainties. Essentially, all the market gains this year as tracked by the S&P 500 index (Top 500 most capitalized companies in the USA) have been wiped out. The markets are telling us that the global economic data is not showing a big improvement in the economy and there are concerns that we may have a double dip recession. So what do you do? If you’re an investor, stay in cash. However, if you’re a trader, lots of opportunities to make money on the downside.
